Draw Texturised Yarn
On offer is a wide range from 50 to 1000 denier with Low intermingle (LIM) / Soft intermingle (SIM) , Non intermingle (NIM), High Intermingle (HIM) suitable for making polyester fabric for garments, furnishings, upholstery, dress materials, etc. This has become a preferred replacement of cotton and cotton blended yarns as it has very high durability, high retention properties and low moisture content.
Bhilosa has also forayed into the cotton market with the manufacture of Super Micro Full Dull Yarn, a product that literally feels like cotton.

Circular Knitting Fabric is used for inner garments as well as exterior garments. It is used in Sportswear, Swimwear, Furnishing Fabrics as a backing cloth. Nowadays it is also used in Sarees.

Warp Knitted Greige Fabric
The largest installation of German origin Karl Mayer — high speed Warp Knitting m/cs is proudly housed at Bhilosa Industries. It can produce fabric width upto 5530mm and in the division if the same.
Apart from producing extremely high quality fabric using polyester yarn, we can also manufacture fabric using Nylon, Viscose, Tri-acetate and all types of Continuous Filament Yarn. Our fabrics are mostly used in applications such as Printed and Crushed Curtains, Home Furnishings, Apparels, Automotive Seat Covers, Sports Wear and Luggage Wear etc.

Polyester Staple Fibre
We have set up PSF plant with state of art technology from world leader Neumag, Germany. There are two PSF lines of 225 TPD each with total plant capacity of 450 TPD. One line is commissioned from March 2019.
PSF is used to produce spun yarn in textile mills either using 100% PSF or in blending with different fibre like Cotton, Viscose, Acrylics so on. The spun yarn is used for manufacturing of fabrics either by weaving or knitting process. Now a days usage of PSF is increasing in technical textile field where fibre is used for the purpose of filling, manufacturing of insulations, filters, felts, wipes etc.

Bhilosa has invested heavily in state of the art technology supported by online controls in process to produce one of the best and consistent quality Polyester Staple fibre.
The Quality Control lab is equipped with latest testing machines to check the properties of fibre with highest standard of accuracy. Total 14 highly accurate testing instruments includes FAVIMAT+ GMBH, Universal Strength testing machine, Hunter Lab from USA and Refractometer Digital from Japan.
